No. For basic monitoring you only need the game title and its aliases. A Steam link can help with metadata and with identifying the correct title.
That depends on the platform. Free accounts use a slower monitoring cadence, while every paid plan uses the same faster paid cadence. Detection still depends on platform APIs and scheduled refreshes.
Add aliases, studio-specific search phrases, and exclusion terms. You can edit them later if a false positive appears.
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed in Paddle Customer Portal, and cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. Unused time is not normally refunded or credited except where required by law.
